Caroline is the Founder and CEO of CSC Consulting Group, leading the company in strategic directions and growth is the secret of her success. She is part of the 1% of women in STEM in the United States as a Latina Entrepreneur, and often referred to as a “unicorn” for her out-of-the-box innovative thinking and work style. Caroline’s firm, CSC Consulting Group, is an experienced IT Service provider for 30+ years that specializes in working with schools, nonprofits, and small businesses to build and manage their IT environments.
Her biggest business success history is with the first client being the best in the world and recent 1st trillion-dollar revenue producer – Apple. A beginning she made sure became a reality for her start up and new team consisting of family and engineer trailblazers. Working with the 3rd largest public school system in the U.S. for over 20 years confirms the expertise, rare delivery service and value.
One of her professional highlights is having received the prestigious Small Business Person of the Year Award from the U.S. Small Business Administration in the White House (given to her by President Clinton). For 30+ years, she has dedicated significant time as a volunteer board member, on a state and national level, with the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), the oldest and largest civil rights national organization for Latinos.
Caroline recently founded DLN – Digital Latinx Leaders NOW, a nonprofit focused on digital equity in K-12 education, the workforce, and entrepreneurship. Previous to Caroline’s entrepreneurial journey, she worked in the corporate sector as an auditor and CPA, after being the first in her family and a proud immigrant to graduate from college.
